TGIM! Times are changing and it is good news.  People are craving true connection. Personal attention is everything. But, how can you add the personal touch to your sales process if you also don't want a calendar full of sales calls and consults?

I am a 2/4 profile (Brand Type) in Human Design. This has a significant impact on my sales and marketing strategies.

As a 2/4, the idea of sales calls & consults on my calendar all week make me want to hide (that's the 2 part).  Yet, my design is all about opening people's hearts through warm connection. Oh the dilemma.

Knowing this about my design, I began to ask better questions.  How can I connect authentically and personally without the need for sales calls?  I came up with several key ways to make this work in my business.  I share one of them in this week's podcast.

But I am sharing this with you because knowing your Brand Type in your Human Design can be the biggest eye opening shift you can begin to imagine.  This is one of the first things I teach my students in Her Design School™ because it can have the biggest impact, quickly.

I just wrapped a live launch and there is ONE thing that stood out as a game changer that completely changed the flow process and outcome of the launch. That was adding asynchronous video/audio as part of the application/sales process.  The feedback from prospective clients was powerful.
